DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN EDUCATION WITH TEACHERS OF NEWTON VINH PHUC
In an era of rapid digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has moved beyond the realm of science to become a powerful assistant in education. At Newton Grammar School, we believe that AI is an enhancing tool rather than a replacement, and it serves as clear evidence of the continuous innovation embraced by our leadership team and our dedicated teachers.

Recently, Newton Grammar School organized a sharing session titled “Digital Transformation in Education.” The event was honored to welcome the guest speaker:
Bui Danh Tuyen, Director General of the Digital Transformation Department, Office of the National Assembly.

With extensive experience, practical insights, and an innovative mindset, Bui Danh Tuyen is a pioneering expert in promoting technological applications, particularly artificial intelligence. His guidance has inspired teachers at Newton Vinh Phuc to understand correctly, apply effectively, and make intelligent use of AI, turning it into a natural part of their educational practice.

✍️ The program focused on key topics such as:
-
Digital transformation vision: Understanding the goals and roadmap for technology adoption within the school.
-
Comprehensive AI solutions: Applying AI in teaching practice, from lesson planning and assessing student performance to creating interactive content such as videos and images.
-
Information security: Strengthening knowledge on data safety and legal considerations when using technology.
Following the sharing session, teachers at Newton Grammar School participated in a professional workshop where they practiced applying AI tools directly to teaching.
Teachers confidently embraced technology and skillfully used multiple AI platforms such as Canva, Kahoot, Quizizz, Capcut, Heygen, Midjourney, ChatGPT, D-ID Creative Reality Studio, and Colossyan to deliver dynamic, visual, and modern lessons.

📍 In addition, teachers were introduced to the Vietnamese version of Khanmigo, an effective AI teaching assistant, by Mr. Kieu Huy Hoa, Program Director of Khan Academy Vietnam.
More than a learning opportunity, the session served as motivation for our educators to continually grow, stay adaptable, and remain at the forefront of educational innovation. This marks an important step toward advancing smart classroom models, where each student’s learning journey becomes more personalized, engaging, and effective than ever.
